Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in America. Anna Gunn is an American actress. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice in The Practice, as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love performing in the Preparatory school prior to her family's move to Ohio towards the end of 1970. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for several years, before attempting TV and movie roles. In 1992 Anna was offered her first big character in the role of Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. The actress continued to make appearances as guest stars on a handful of TV shows and films, including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue until the late 1990's when she appeared in a role that she reprised in The Practice as Jean Ward in The Practice. In 2000, she was assigned to Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008 she was also cast in the role of Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Gunn also appeared in the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn has also been seen on stages in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. Gunn played a part in the four-part podcast audio drama Numbered days, which is set to be released in 2022. The story of Breaking Bad is usually about the relationship of Walter White, his wife Skyler and their relationship that is strained. The straining relationship and eventual end of it mirror the ending of Walter White's story.
