Alison Doody
Alison Doody was born in Dublin in the year 1966. She was born into the middle class family. She's the youngest out of three siblings. At a convent, she developed an appreciation for art. Then she was enrolled at in the National College of Fine Arts in Dublin and left due to the fact that she lacked the motivation and decided to spend a year away to contemplate the possibility. While sitting with her friends in a coffee shop where a photographer walked in, she was inquired if she would like to be a model. As she was convinced she could earn some extra cash from modeling, she agreed. Modeling proved both fun and lucrative, and within a short time, she began to model professionally. Modeling contract work led to commercials and she was able to travel the globe. A casting director was impressed by her work and suggested that she consider acting instead. After she turned 19 A casting director took her to London in which she won an audition to be a part of A View to a Kill, the most recent James Bond film. It was because she loved acting that she decided to pursue a career in this direction. The first film she appeared in was followed by a few of TV productions in London as well as Dublin. But, her breakthrough came in 1989, when she appeared as in the role of Aryan Seductress Dr. Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
